![]() I have rung BT on a number of ocassions, often waiting and spending over an hour on the phone whilst being passed from one person to another and having to rejoin the queue and wailt another 20/30 minutes to be answered.Įventually I gave up and cancelled my BT Broadband account. ![]() Sometimes if I simply went into BTmail and changed my password but that worked less and less frequently. I used to get it when using earlier versions of Windows (now Windows 10) and when using 'Live Mail'. This problem with constant statements that account details are not recognised and must be confirmed, has been around for a number of years.
